Manufacture

Within our own state of the art Sail loft,  we use the latest technology in both industrial sewing and high frequency welding, using any one of our three HF welders including our 14m travelling head welder.

Our range of sewing machines allow us to join many fabrics which include:

We also pride ourselves in using traditional sail making techniques which we feel is a lost art within the industry.

Fabric Repairs

Over the years we have carried out fabric repairs on all sorts of items in all sorts of situations, ideally we would rather you bring the item to us so we can repair it using our machines and welders, but from time to time this is not possible and we will carry out a site repair either hot-air welding and hand sewing something that has been very popular with the glamping sector and safari tents.

If its made from fabric we can repair it, as long as the fabric is in good condition and clean and dry.

On the occasion the fabric is rotten or beyond repair we can always make you a new one, either by using the old item as a pattern or measuring the framework.

Fabric

We specialise in flame retardant tensile fabrics for Exterior, Interior and Exhibition use. Our tensile fabric membrane structures offer fire reistance to meet buildig regulations and codes

Print

We can offer dye sublimation print up-to 5m wide reducing the need for seams, using high quality fabrics that guarantee the best finish and will stand the test of time.

All fabric used are flame retardant and suitable for exhibitions, interiors and exterior projects.

We can finish your printed fabric using one of the following techniques:

  • Turned hem with eyelets
  • Keder

Please ensure your artwork is print ready, ideally at 75 dpi at final size, and saved as a PDF making sure there is 50mm bleed at final size.
