Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to hear from you?
We aim to respond to your enquiry within 24hrs.
What is your turn around time on projects?
Manufacture/print only 3 to 6-weeks on receipt of working drawings, obviously this is dictated by the size of the project and fabric availability.
Do you do site visits?
Site visits can be arranged when required however, we always try to get the ball rolling with a chat on the phone and looking at your drawings and photos to gauge what your project requires.
Do we have to pay straight away?
Genrally a proforma invoice will be raised on receipt of your purchase order, 50% of the balance is to be paid with the outstanding 50% to be paid when the product is completed and due to be dispatched from our works.
Are your items made in the UK?
All our structures are manufactured here at our works in Cheddar, Somerset, UK.
